JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring a Client Solutions Architect Manager to join our Merchant Services team. In this role, you will be integral to innovating and supporting the sales process for the technical adoption of our comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. You will apply your technical expertise to develop viable solutions, track product usage, and ensure client results are realized.
What You'll Do
- Monitor the health and performance of beta and pilot products to ensure optimal functionality
- Conduct comprehensive data analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and forecast outcomes
- Lead the configuration and modification of products and solutions to fit complex client use cases, often with Technology
- Support Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
- Engage with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations
- Identify and define development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback
- Safeguard a positive client experience through structured tollgates, pre-defined blueprints, and actively monitored feedback
- Manage solution advancement from launch to general availability
- Mitigate blockers that prevent product readiness and client adoption
- Collaborate closely with commercialization and go-to-market teams to improve product adoption and profitability
- Track and analyze how clients are using our products to ensure results are realized
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a related broad set of products
- Demonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain
- Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
- Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to diverse teams
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have
- 3-5 years of payments and/or merchant services experience working directly with clients or client solutions
- Experience with technologies such as APIs, HTML, Python, SQL, Snowflake, Splunk and/or mobile applications and web services
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise with cloud-based solutions and technologies
- Familiarity with project and program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Monday
