Role Overview
This position supports clients across assigned programs by managing account operations and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. As the primary point of contact, the representative builds strong client relationships, addresses concerns, and promotes satisfaction through proactive communication and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract renewals and prepare service instructions tailored to client accounts.
- Coordinate pricing updates and configure location-based coding settings.
- Generate and distribute stewardship and performance reports to stakeholders.
- Guide clients in understanding loss data and the factors influencing program costs.
- Oversee project coordination and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Monitor client interactions to identify issues affecting service consistency and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve complex client challenges.
- Track service trends at the office level and help develop strategies for improvement.
- Identify and support cross-selling initiatives aligned with client needs.
Qualifications
Applicants must have at least three years of relevant experience, which may include roles in account coordination or claims adjusting. One year in an Account Coordinator role or three years in adjusting is required. A solid foundation in customer service and knowledge of workers compensation, liability, or disability claims is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities, including presentation experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. The role demands analytical thinking, organizational precision, and the ability to navigate conflict in a fast-paced setting. Team collaboration, negotiation, and facilitation skills are key to success. Meeting or exceeding performance standards is expected.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates pursuing professional designations such as CPCU, AIC, or ARM are encouraged to apply.
Work Environment
This is a remote position open to candidates in the Central or Eastern Time Zone, operating in a blended work model. Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. Benefits include multiple medical and dental plan options, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with 50% match up to 6%, flexible spending or health savings accounts, employee assistance, and tuition reimbursement. New hires accrue four weeks of paid time off in their first full year. Additional voluntary benefits are available.
