CVS Health is looking for a Client Services and Administrative Support Consultant to join the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) On-Site Counseling team. In this fully remote role, you will facilitate critical administrative support and serve as a key point of contact, helping customers optimize their use of EAP services while transforming health care.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate key administrative support and consultation for the EAP On-Site Counseling Program.
- Manage research, collection, analysis, and compilation of data for various program reports.
- Prepare complex and comprehensive records and reports.
- Provide timely and effective support to EAP On-Site Program management and customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as their primary point of contact.
- Help optimize utilization of company products and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Handle complex customer needs and administrative office coordination.
- Assist with consulting-related reporting needs, including performance and utilization metrics.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer problems.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior client service support consultants.
- Handle files, reports, and records, and manage department record retention.
- Ensure efficient workflow and office operations of the department.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of administrative and customer support work experience in healthcare and/or behavioral health.
- Advanced proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Applications.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Adept at problem solving and decision making.
