Sedgwick seeks a Client Service Director specializing in Managed Care to lead account management for jumbo clients with complex service models. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for client retention, satisfaction, revenue growth, and overseeing dedicated program management. You will guide a team of local Client Services staff while driving strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Provide detailed stewardship reporting to clients, educating them on trends impacting their programs.
- Conduct pre-renewal visits to review client loss experience and company performance.
- Prepare client renewals, contract revisions, and service instructions for complex programs.
- Negotiate changes or improvements to the service plan.
- Facilitate the reduction of process barriers by directing and influencing other internal departments.
- Coordinate client invoicing, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Administer company personnel policies and staffing standards.
- Interview, hire, and establish colleague performance development plans.
- Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance.
- Support the organization's quality programs.
- Travel as required.
What We're Looking For
- Ten (10) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- This experience must include either two (2) years in an account manager role or five (5) years of adjuster experience, with two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Professional designations such as CPCU, AIC, ARM, or other related credentials.
