Viva.com is looking for a Client Relationship On-site Representative to join our team. In this role, you will promote our services remotely while providing merchants with the necessary support to ensure business continuity and optimal service usage.
What You'll Do
- Promote company’s services through remote interactions.
- Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance.
- Provide remote support and consultation for existing customers.
- Perform scheduled and self-initiated activities.
- Ensure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration.
- Enter and maintain up to date client information into the company's database and keep records with relevant data.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage.
- Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond your resolution scope.
- Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment preferably a financial services institution or similar SaaS solution.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software), social networking (LinkedIn) and telephone systems.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent level of the local language and good knowledge of English.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- A positive approach to objection handling.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
