Scotiabank is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to deliver the bank's full offering and build primary relationships with clients in the Growth segment of Canadian Commercial Banking. This role focuses on identifying prospects, managing a portfolio, and developing sales pipelines to foster client growth.
What You'll Do
- Partner with a Credit Solution Associate on credit portfolio authorizations up to $5MM.
- Work with the Service team to ensure satisfactory client onboarding.
- Manage a portfolio of borrowing (under $5MM) and non-borrowing clients, typically with standard to moderate complexity.
- Focus on business development and communication to manage client, market, and internal partner relationships.
- Interact primarily with internal partners such as Global Transaction Banking, Business Banking, Retail, Wealth Management, Global Banking and Markets, and the Cash Management Contact Centre.
- Work occasionally with other groups like Global Risk Management, Business Banking Operations, Enhanced Due Diligence Unit, and the broader Canadian Commercial Banking team.
