Client Relations Specialist – Fully Remote
What You’ll Do
As a Client Relations Specialist, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients navigating bookkeeping and tax services. You’ll lead onboarding sessions, clarify service expectations, and ensure each client feels confident from day one. You’ll explain accounting fundamentals and guide clients through technical setups, including bank integrations, payroll systems, and cloud-based accounting software.
You’ll respond to client inquiries about billing, service changes, and accounting processes, offering clear, accurate guidance. When challenges arise, you’ll troubleshoot efficiently to resolve concerns before escalation. By managing timelines and workflows proactively, you help maintain a smooth client journey.
Collaboration with internal teams ensures client needs are met promptly, while your insights contribute to improving service delivery. You’ll gain exposure to diverse small business models, deepening your understanding of real-world financial operations.
