RemoteVA PH is hiring a Client Relations Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships and supporting our virtual assistant operations. You'll be a key player in ensuring smooth client experiences and internal efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist in onboarding virtual assistants, including orientation, training documentation, and initial support.
- Help draft, review, and manage client contracts and agreements under supervision.
- Support email management, including monitoring inboxes, categorizing messages, and drafting responses.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation for smooth internal operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with professionalism.
Nice to Have
- Experience with client-facing roles or virtual assistant coordination.
- Familiarity with contract drafting or legal document management.
