Responsibilities
- Owns end-to-end project lifecycle management, from planning and scoping to successful client delivery
- Proactively identifies, evaluates, and addresses potential risks that could impact project outcomes
- Develops and maintains achievable project schedules with consistent, transparent communication across stakeholders using agile and traditional methodologies
- Sets clear expectations and aligns project timelines and goals with client needs for efficient execution
- Leads project teams with strong direction, intervening when performance falls outside agreed parameters
- Guides team members through coaching and feedback to uphold delivery and quality benchmarks
- Drives consistent, high-quality project outcomes in alignment with defined scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define project goals and establish clear objectives
- Oversees assigned projects and tasks, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards within time and budget constraints
- Maintains clear, timely communication with internal and external parties according to established governance practices
- Tracks and manages interdependencies across projects, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensures compliance with organizational standards in reporting and delivery, with full transparency into timelines and resource usage
- Coordinates smooth transition to support teams, including operational assessments and formal client approval
- Manages change control processes and ensures adherence to protocols, aligning internal and external resources for seamless execution
- Guarantees all projects are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and according to budget
- Tracks project progress using defined metrics, tools, and evaluation methods
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Implements risk mitigation strategies to reduce or remove potential project disruptions
- Completes additional duties related to client project activities as needed
