About the Role

Zinier is seeking a Client Partner, Professional Services to serve as the primary customer liaison for enterprise clients in the UK and Europe. This individual contributor will manage end-to-end customer relationships, translate technical and business needs, and ensure successful project delivery and customer success for large enterprise customers using Zinier's platform.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the chief customer liaison, solving complex problems and ensuring customer success through a deep understanding of both technical and business needs
  • Engage with technical stakeholders (e.g., Platform Owners, Delivery Directors) to ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer requirements
  • Drive delivery for large enterprise customers
  • Lead discovery sessions
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Manage go-live activities
  • Ensure customers realize full platform value post-launch
  • Orchestrate internal teams (PMs, Dev, SA, and CS) to deliver customer outcomes
  • Manage project delivery
  • Oversee go-live
  • Potentially lead post-sales Customer Success (CS) efforts

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in digital or IT transformation projects
  • Tech-savvy and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable navigating complexity without being a developer
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex enterprise projects
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
  • Experience in Field Service Management (FSM), Telecom, or Utilities
