DowJones is looking for a Client Partner to join The Weekly Times sales team. In this role, you will shape the future of real estate advertising solutions by driving performance across print and digital channels. You will be responsible for leading commercial relationships with major real estate clients and agencies, crafting bespoke strategies, and delivering insights-driven media solutions.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value real estate accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Develop strategic, data-informed sales plans that unlock new growth opportunities across both print and digital media.
- Lead compelling client conversations and presentations that position The Weekly Times as a trusted media partner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design innovative and integrated advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that deepen client relationships and expand our commercial footprint.
- Monitor campaign and pipeline performance, using data to optimise outcomes and inform future strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in a media sales, publishing, or agency account management role, ideally within the real estate or property category.
- Existing rural and regional real estate client relationships are critical.
- Proven success managing complex client portfolios and navigating key stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and the ability to create high-impact, client-specific proposals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and build trust with ease.
- A sharp analytical approach, with the ability to interpret sales metrics and market data to drive better decisions.
- A passion for regional Australia, lifestyle property, and the role trusted media plays in community and commerce.
