About the Role
This position is responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring partnership objectives are met, and identifying opportunities to enhance performance and value delivery over a 12-month fixed-term period.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key partners across Germany
- Act as the main point of contact for partnership operations and strategy
- Monitor and report on partnership performance using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client goals
- Identify opportunities to improve partnership outcomes
- Support the execution of partnership plans and campaigns
- Ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon deliverables
- Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to the development of partnership strategies
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements
- Support onboarding processes for new partnerships
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams when necessary
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments
- Represent the partnership function in internal meetings
- Help prepare client reviews and business reviews
- Drive adoption of tools and platforms by partners
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Promote a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Support knowledge sharing across the team
- Gather and share client feedback to inform product and service improvements
- Assist in scaling best practices across regions
- Maintain a client-first mindset in all activities
- Adapt quickly to changing business priorities
