About the Role

Responsibilities

- Track and report on sales KPIs and pipeline health
- Work cross-functionally with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
- Conduct market research to inform pricing and positioning

- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Drive customer onboarding in partnership with delivery teams
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product roadmap
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements
