About the Role
The Senior Paid Social Manager will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of paid social strategies to meet business goals, working cross-functionally to drive performance and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Develop audience targeting strategies using first- and third-party data
- Collaborate with analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Optimize budgets and bidding strategies based on performance data
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Create and deliver performance reports for internal stakeholders
- Stay current with platform updates, trends, and emerging ad technologies
- Partner with creative teams to guide ad content and format development
- Test and evaluate new ad formats and campaign approaches
- Ensure brand consistency across all paid social messaging
- Work with external agencies and platform representatives
- Manage timelines and deliverables for campaign launches
- Support A/B testing initiatives to refine targeting and creative performance
- Use analytics tools to extract insights and inform strategy adjustments
- Maintain documentation of campaign strategies and results
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns
