Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle client implementations, starting from initiation to live deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines and project scope
- Convert client objectives and existing workflows into actionable solution designs and implementation strategies that deliver measurable governance, risk, and compliance results
- Lead cross-functional project groups including advisory, customer success, sales, and product teams by providing direction, resolving obstacles, and mitigating risks
- Support commercial teams during pre- and post-sales phases to expand client relationships and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Conduct interactive client workshops and training sessions to build user proficiency and promote effective solution adoption
- Take ownership of project communication and stakeholder coordination, delivering regular updates, aligning expectations, and resolving issues promptly
- Document insights from completed projects and enhance delivery methods by contributing to standardized guides, templates, and team practices
