PropLogix is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to provide operational support to our clients and vendors. This is a full-time remote position where you will be a key point of contact for resolving questions and managing support workflows.
What You'll Do
- Assist users with support issues, including new order entry, researching tickets, providing quotes, and updating or canceling orders
- Handle support ticket inquiries from clients and vendors on a variety of operational topics
- Communicate regularly with other support team members to discuss recurring problems and share solutions
- Answer incoming client calls and resolve or escalate issues appropriately
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years in a customer service or related role
- High School diploma or GED
Nice to Have
- Experience in the title industry and familiarity with terminology like municipal lien searches, estoppels, surveys, and release tracking
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and precise data entry skills
- Proven technical skills and proficiency in Google, Adobe, and other related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to keep information confidential and work independently
- Friendly, helpful demeanor and computer savvy nature
