The Democratic Party is hiring a Client Enablement Manager to ensure campaigns and state parties effectively utilize our digital tools and platforms. You will be a critical link between our technology and the organizers and volunteers who power Democratic victories.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute enablement programs, including training materials, documentation, and best practice guides.
- Onboard new campaigns and state party partners, ensuring they have the knowledge to leverage our tools effectively.
- Gather user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
- Analyze platform adoption and usage data to measure success and refine enablement strategies.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to advocate for user needs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client enablement, customer success, or technical training role.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical users.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience creating training curricula, documentation, and other educational resources.
- A deep commitment to the mission and goals of the Democratic Party.
