About the Role

Monster Transmission & Performance is looking for a Client Care Representative to be the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls. In this remote role, you will provide exceptional service and support by addressing inquiries and guiding customers through our products and services.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer service requests or inquiries.
  • Advise customers regarding Monster Transmission’s products, services, and active promotions.
  • Provide consistent, thorough, and accurate communication to keep customers updated on their order progress.
  • Adhere to all company processes and procedures while addressing client needs.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all client interactions.
  • Respond to and create tickets in the Zoho ticketing system.
  • Return customer voicemails.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • The ability to multitask between multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.
  • The emotional intelligence to de-escalate problems and alleviate concerns as they arise.
  • Superb listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • The ability to engage the customer from the beginning of the call through to resolution.
  • Ability to build positive collaborative relationships.
  • Willingness to develop professionally.

Nice to Have

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer service role.
  • Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Team & Environment

This role reports to the Client Care Lead.

  • Compensation: $16.00-$19.00 hourly.
  • Paid Time Off - 80 hours accrued annually.
