Uptalent.io is hiring a Client Calls Specialist for a dynamic phone-first role. This part-time position with a strong possibility to transition to full-time focuses on providing friendly, professional support to US-based customers. Secondary responsibilities include light administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound client calls in clear, professional English.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks: invoices, AR/AP, reconciliations, and basic reporting.
- Manage general admin: email, scheduling, client follow-ups, and document organization.
- Support onboarding and training for new accounts and communicate status to the US-based team.
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up items in the project tool.
What We're Looking For
- Very good English (spoken and written) and strong Spanish skills.
- Proven remote experience working for US companies.
- Availability from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM PST, Monday–Saturday.
- Comfortable talking on the phone and providing friendly customer service.
- Basic bookkeeping experience.
Nice to Have
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Experience in the car dealership or auto parts industry.
- Experience taking calls with a transition into increasingly responsible bookkeeping/admin work.
