At Intapp, we are hiring a Client Advocacy Manager to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for our clients. You will champion client success and satisfaction across our solutions, managing a portfolio to ensure their needs are represented internally and their experience consistently exceeds expectations.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary advocate for clients during escalated support situations, engaging across business units to ensure timely resolution.
- Lead client handovers from Implementation to Support, reviewing procedures and coaching clients on support resources.
- Conduct quarterly success reviews for premium support clients, monitor satisfaction, and proactively manage open cases.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and loyalty.
- Utilize analytics to monitor customer health, identify trends, and create plans to improve engagement.
- Use AI tools to prepare client summaries, manage escalation workflows, and streamline communication.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support, GTM, Training, Implementation) to address complex client challenges.
