Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, engineering, planning or related technical field.
- 10+ years' experience with industry clients, in a strategic business development position.
- Broad understanding of current and emerging environmental, transportation and infrastructure needs of those clients.
- Highly collaborative and willing and able to work with many stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employee-owners, clients, and community leaders.
- Growth mindset with 5+ years' of demonstrated success in business development and sales.
