Grupo PiSA is looking for a Claims Recovery Analyst to support the administration and recovery of insurance claims through detailed analysis. You will verify necessary information, ensure consistency with figures in administrative systems, and collaborate with reinsurers to resolve queries and incidents.
What You'll Do
- Provide timely notice to reinsurers for facultative, international, proportional, and non-proportional contracts to facilitate prompt recovery.
- Support tracking of claims adjustments and the collection of recoverable reinsurance concepts for follow-up with the collections area.
- Manage the timely recovery of claims/events to maintain control and monitor outstanding balances.
- Contribute to the accurate and timely recording of reinsurance recovery for proper cession in the administrative system.
- Detect risks of non-recovery from reinsurers to raise timely alerts and warnings.
- Constantly review that reports from managing adjusters correspond to GNP records for correct control.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering (Student) in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- Intermediate-level proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Business Administration.
- Experience as an Analyst in Claims or Underwriting areas.
Nice to Have
- Database management skills.
- Experience in the Insurance / Reinsurance Sector.
- Knowledge of SAS and Data Lake.
