Virtus is hiring a Claims Adjuster to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in Fort Collins, CO. You will play a key role in managing the claims process.
What You'll Do
- Investigate and evaluate new insurance claims.
- Analyze coverage and determine liability based on policy terms.
- Negotiate settlements and authorize claim payments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate claim files and documentation.
- Communicate clearly with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster or in a similar insurance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote workflow.
- Knowledge of claims processing principles and insurance regulations.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be located in or near Fort Collins, CO.
