Responsibilities
- Continuously evaluate team capabilities and coordinate ongoing training and development
- Design and apply performance tracking tools
- Ensure team members maintain punctuality in attendance and task execution
- Track progress toward program objectives and assess outcomes
- Identify operational challenges, resolve when possible, and escalate to leadership as needed
- Deliver consistent supervision to regional Promotora de Salud staff through regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all Promotora activities
- Enforce quality assurance protocols across team operations
- Regularly review team performance relative to established benchmarks
- Contribute to decisions involving modifications to the program model
- Assist with administrative tasks related to community outreach events
- Guide direct reports in conducting client assessments, determining needs, and making proper referrals
- Lead team case discussions to review client situations and foster peer collaboration
- Be accessible on-call to advise team members as needed
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and manage data collection and reporting processes
- Take initiative in resolving issues to deliver service that surpasses member expectations
- Collect and escalate member feedback to inform improvements in services and offerings
