Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Chinese Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide premium support for a prestigious luxury car company. In this remote role based in Greece, you will deliver exceptional service to a discerning clientele, handling inquiries, purchases, and maintenance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding luxury vehicle features, specifications, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Chinese.
- Provide personalized support for customers interested in luxury car purchases, maintenance, and warranty services.
- Assist clients with appointments, service schedules, and any issues related to their vehicles.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Stay informed about the latest luxury automotive trends and product offerings to provide relevant insights.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage high-value client interactions.
- A genuine interest in luxury vehicles and industry trends.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed, in a remote setting.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the luxury automotive sector, is highly desirable.
