MyFlorida's Department of Revenue is seeking a Child Support Case Processing Analyst for an internal transfer opportunity within its Child Support Program. This Revenue Specialist II role is ideal for critical thinkers passionate about customer support and problem solving, helping children receive the financial support they need for stable childhoods.

What You'll Do

  • Initiate and respond to customer and case requests
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to advance case resolution
  • Research and resolve complex child support case issues
  • Gather information and analyze case data to determine appropriate next steps
  • Assist customers by providing clear information and support
  • Interact with legal services providers, other states, employers, and business partners
  • Make informed decisions based on case information and provide thorough documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Current employment with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II
  • Must not have accepted a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers)
