What You'll Do
- Initiate and respond to customer and case requests
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to advance case resolution
- Research and resolve complex child support case issues
- Gather information and analyze case data to determine appropriate next steps
- Assist customers by providing clear information and support
- Interact with legal services providers, other states, employers, and business partners
- Make informed decisions based on case information and provide thorough documentation
What We're Looking For
- Current employment with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II
- Must not have accepted a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers)
