Aufgaben
- Lead international Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams around a shared vision
- Manage and scale the Go-to-Market team and define team goals and KPIs for maximum market penetration
- Develop an end-to-end revenue strategy to achieve double-digit growth
- Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, define clear sales processes and revenue strategies for fast and consistent integration
- Manage risks in revenue processes and ensure resilience against changing market conditions
- Achieve predictable growth through optimized pipelines, KPIs, advanced analytics, and data-driven decisions
- Translate insights into actions: optimize sales processes, refine forecasts, and accelerate growth
- Optimize win rates and maximize customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention
- Work closely with founders and the executive team
Anforderungen
- Strategic leadership skills with strong people management abilities
- Experience in international expansion and successful high-growth phases
- Expertise in Go-to-Market strategies and maximizing market potential
- Ability to translate strategy into measurable results
- Commercial acumen combined with analytical sharpness
- In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and revenue optimization using CRM, Analytics, and KPIs for performance management
- Familiarity with scale-up environments and ability to take organizations to the next level
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior commercial roles
- Proven track record in scalable growth from 50 to 100 million euros ARR
- Strong knowledge in RevOps, CRM, AI platforms, and data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in English and French
- Willingness to travel within Europe
