Responsibilities
- Set a unified operational pace that synchronizes clinical operations, state-funded health initiatives, regional leadership, and patient outreach teams around common goals, performance indicators, and timelines.
- Create and roll out an organization-wide operational framework including regular performance assessments, planning cycles, and cross-departmental coordination to maintain leadership alignment on execution priorities.
- Collaborate closely with regional leaders to ensure local markets operate with defined accountability, effective leadership, and reliable support from central functions.
- Analyze current workflows across clinical staff, community health workers, public health programs, and operational units to identify and resolve key inefficiencies impacting care delivery and patient engagement.
- Enhance the operational structure supporting community health worker teams across regions by establishing clear processes, supervision protocols, and integration with clinical care providers.
- Work with Product, Data, and Insurance Operations leaders to align internal workflows with payer regulations and ensure consistent implementation of programs across all service areas.
- Improve reporting systems and performance monitoring across regions to give leadership clear insight into operational outcomes and potential risks.
- Prepare internal systems and teams for geographic growth by ensuring operational infrastructure can scale to support new markets, larger patient populations, and complex insurance partnerships.
Compensation
