IBMC (Client) is hiring a Chief Operating & Marketing Officer

As Chief Operating & Marketing Officer, you will shape the future of a growing network of financial media platforms, industry publications, and lead-generation channels. This role demands a strategic operator with deep expertise in scaling digital media businesses, optimizing performance funnels, and leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Growth & Strategy

You’ll define and execute long-term expansion plans in collaboration with executive leadership, identifying new verticals and opportunities to grow the platform ecosystem. Your strategies will drive user acquisition across SEO, content marketing, social distribution, email, and performance channels, ensuring sustainable traffic growth and efficient conversion from visitor to customer.

Operations & Leadership

You will oversee daily operations, build scalable internal processes, and align content, marketing, development, and partner teams around shared goals. By establishing clear KPIs and performance tracking systems, you’ll foster a culture rooted in accountability, data, and measurable outcomes. You’ll also recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across marketing, content, and growth functions.

Monetization & Partnerships

You’ll design and manage diversified revenue streams, including affiliate partnerships, advertising campaigns, sponsored content, and industry collaborations. Your ability to strengthen relationships with financial industry stakeholders will be key to expanding reach and credibility. You’ll also work closely with product teams to enhance platform experience and conversion efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in digital media, fintech, or lead-generation with a focus on scaling businesses
  • Proven success in growing traffic, engagement, and monetization for content-driven platforms
  • Deep familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and performance-driven models
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to guide decisions

Preferred Background
