Responsibilities
- Manage staffing decisions by collaborating with capability leads to align resource allocation with client needs and employee development, using data-informed insights to guide final assignments.
- Oversee the weekly operational rhythm for delivery teams, including leading forecast reviews and maintaining accurate utilization tracking to reduce administrative burdens.
- Ensure consistent timekeeping compliance across teams so leadership can focus on strategy rather than administrative follow-up.
- Lead the implementation of a unified delivery framework, serving as change manager and program lead to drive adoption of standardized tools and templates.
- Design and execute strategies to increase adoption of new standards, addressing workflow friction and stakeholder concerns throughout the organization.
- Coordinate with project managers during periods of high demand to resolve resourcing conflicts while supporting long-term team development.
