STRIVE Publishing GmbH is looking for a Chief of Staff (m/w/d) to support the leadership team by creating structure, clarity, and advancing key projects. Your focus will be on COO-related topics, from HR processes to internal structures and strategic initiatives, within a company dedicated to rethinking business and making women in business more visible.
What You'll Do
- Develop internal processes, especially around HR, automation, and communication.
- Bring structure to complex topics and prioritize them with the leadership team.
- Steer strategic projects from planning to implementation.
- Operationally jump in when needed, for example, for onboarding, training, or internal communication.
- Organize internal formats, regular meetings, and decision-making rounds.
- Be the first point of contact for strategic special projects, new partners, or team topics.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to drive topics forward in a structured and independent manner.
- A completed degree with good grades.
- Quick comprehension, willingness to make bold decisions, and comfort with making mistakes.
- Ability to think strategically while operating hands-on.
- Independent work style, strong time management, and a focus on results.
- Interest in new technologies, experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Perplexity, and enjoyment of working with tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.
- A desire to shape, learn, and drive STRIVE forward with your drive.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment like an agency or startup, demonstrating the ability to hold your own.
