ANGEHEUERT GmbH is hiring an HR & Recruiting Manager – Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (ANÜ). In this role, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of temporary workers, ensuring compliance with legal and collective agreement standards while optimizing processes for efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Support leadership in the employment of temporary workers from recruitment to exit.
- Independently conduct all administrative processes according to the German Temporary Employment Act (AÜG) and applicable collective agreements.
- Communicate and coordinate with personnel service providers and internal specialist departments.
- Review and process invoices related to temporary employment.
- Further develop and professionalize the ANÜ process with a focus on efficiency and cost optimization.
- Support administrative tasks in the personnel care of permanent employees.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant professional experience in human resources, ideally with a focus on personnel services and the recruitment of technical positions.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Organizational strength, communication skills, and a structured way of working.
- Ability to work independently with high team orientation.
- Very good German language skills at negotiation level and good English skills (at least B2).
