About the Role

ANGEHEUERT GmbH is hiring a (Senior) Sales Manager (m/w/d) to drive growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing relationships for our digital transformation consulting and implementation services. You will be instrumental in strategic sales development within a partnership-based culture.

What You'll Do

  • Gain new customers for innovative consulting and implementation services in the digital transformation space.
  • Independently identify new sales opportunities and develop them strategically.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and unlock additional revenue potential through targeted relationship management.
  • Develop individual solution concepts and proposals in close coordination with the PreSales and Consulting team.
  • Develop compelling value stories that help customers achieve their strategic goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Successfully completed university studies or a commercial or IT-related vocational training or comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of services requiring explanation, ideally in the context of large customers or the upper middle market.
  • A robust network and experience in solution sales of consulting and implementation services.
  • Proficient in MS Office and skilled in creating complex proposals.
  • Confident communication in German and English – also at decision-maker level up to the CEO.
  • Professional, reliable demeanor and willingness to travel.
