One Thousand GmbH is hiring an AI Project Lead (m/f/d) to spearhead high-impact AI initiatives. You will lead fast-paced AI breakthrough projects from inception to complete integration for clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and delivering exponential value. As the core client contact, you will drive collaboration across functions and help shape the identity of our growing, high-impact startup.

What You'll Do

Lead fast-paced AI breakthrough projects from inception to complete integration, ensuring they align with defined goals and scope.
Be the core point of contact for clients and drive efficient collaboration across functions and organizational borders.
Be a key contributor in growing the high-impact startup and shaping its identity – both internally and externally.
Work with corporates, the 'Mittelstand', large international NGOs, scale-ups, unions, or the public sector to bring them AI.

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of experience successfully managing projects from start to finish with a focus on delivering tangible value, ideally in consulting, tech, or a related field.
Incredibly fast in anticipating, analyzing and solving problems, understanding tech basics, and using tools.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong verbal and written communicator in German and English, can lead workshops and don't shy away from numbers.
Result-oriented and dedicated to supporting the team to reach goals.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and make sense of vaguely defined challenges.
A technical background (bachelors or masters).

Nice to Have

Understanding of and experience in AI projects and Machine Learning.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile.
Ability to communicate in German and English with level C1 or higher.
Openness to travel to client location 2-3 times a month.
