Shape Strategy and Amplify Leadership Impact
This role is central to advancing the vision and operational tempo of a rapidly scaling startup. As Chief of Staff to the founder-CEO, you will operate at the highest level of strategic influence, helping define company direction while ensuring clarity and execution across leadership teams.
You will own the rhythm of the organization—designing and managing leadership meetings, planning cycles, offsites, and all-hands coordination. Your work ensures decisions are captured, communicated, and followed through with accountability.
Lead Communication and Cross-Functional Alignment
You will craft and refine key messages for internal and external audiences, including leadership updates, investor communications, and recruitment materials. Your voice will help shape how the company interprets its mission and progress.
When tensions arise across functions or priorities, you will step in as a mediator—balancing competing needs with empathy and clarity. You’ll ensure leadership decisions translate into action across teams, even in ambiguous or fast-changing conditions.
Drive High-Stakes Initiatives and Operational Systems
- Lead end-to-end projects such as executive hiring, competitive analysis, and performance frameworks
- Design and maintain KPIs, headcount models, and dashboards that keep leadership aligned and data-informed
- Develop AI-powered workflows—including multi-agent systems and automated triage—to scale the Office of the CEO
Qualifications and Expectations
You bring 10+ years of experience in high-pressure environments—such as top-tier consulting, investment banking, or hypergrowth startups. You’ve operated in ambiguity, driven strategy without direct authority, and supported executives through periods of rapid change.
Proven experience in companies that scaled quickly—like those in AI, infrastructure, or enterprise software—is essential. You communicate with precision and diplomacy, whether writing investor updates or navigating sensitive people issues.
You are technically fluent, especially in AI tools, and see automation as a force multiplier. You thrive in founder-led cultures, with daily collaboration expected in Stockholm. Remote work is not permitted—this role requires in-person presence on the CEO’s schedule, including occasional evening sessions.
Culture and Impact
You’ll operate in an environment defined by ownership, speed, and purpose. There is no room for ego—only problem-solving, care for the mission, and a drive to build something enduring. Your role is to connect, clarify, and challenge constructively, helping shape not just what the company does, but how it thinks.
