Role Responsibilities
You will align clinical insight with product innovation, guiding teams from concept to commercialisation. This includes identifying high-value use cases, shaping clinical evidence plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance across markets. You will work hand-in-hand with engineering, regulatory, and commercial teams to embed medical expertise into every stage of development.
Externally, you will represent the company at medical forums, engage key opinion leaders across Europe and North America, and build credibility with clinicians and regulators. Internally, you will translate complex medical concepts into actionable understanding, empowering teams to innovate with clinical purpose.
You will also help shape narratives that drive adoption, support market access and reimbursement strategies, and inspire both medical communities and internal teams around a shared mission of redefining hypertension management.
Qualifications and Expectations
- You are a licensed clinician with experience in cardiovascular medicine or hypertension care
- You have led medical strategy in fast-moving or innovation-driven environments, ideally in medtech or digital health
- You are comfortable operating at the intersection of science, product, and business
- You are willing to maintain active clinical practice alongside executive responsibilities
- Regular presence in Neuchâtel, Switzerland is required, with travel across Europe
- Preference given to candidates based in the UK or German-speaking regions
