- Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role, ideally as CEO.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business strategy.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse, distributed team.
Work Mode
This is a remote position that requires the candidate to be based in Illinois. The role operates within a local-country work mode.
