Requirements
- Proven leadership experience (e.g., CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent) in a profit-oriented, art-related or high-curation business
- Deep understanding of contemporary art and real respect for the artist’s voice
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic vision and operational strength
- Strong communicator with fluency in English
- Comfortable working in a distributed, international team
- Willing to take responsibility, even when things get challenging
- Willingness to travel globally and engage in person with artists, partners, and the art world at large
