Responsibilities
- Evaluate and correct AI-generated chemistry-related outputs
- Provide accurate chemical data for model training and validation
- Identify errors in chemical reasoning produced by AI systems
- Translate complex chemical concepts into structured training examples
- Assist in refining AI responses related to organic and inorganic chemistry
- Ensure consistency with established chemical principles in AI behavior
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve model accuracy
- Review proposed chemical reactions for feasibility and correctness
- Help develop training datasets grounded in real-world chemistry
- Support quality assurance for AI predictions in molecular science
- Clarify ambiguities in chemical nomenclature and representation
- Validate AI interpretations of spectroscopic or analytical data
- Contribute to the design of chemistry-focused evaluation metrics
- Flag inaccuracies in predicted reaction mechanisms
- Assist in benchmarking AI performance on chemistry tasks
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant subfields in chemistry
- Ensure training content aligns with academic and industrial standards
- Provide feedback on user-facing chemistry explanations
- Support the creation of realistic chemical scenarios for testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to define learning objectives
- Improve AI understanding of stereochemistry and molecular geometry
- Review safety-related chemical information for correctness

Nice to Have
