Hilton was looking for a Chef Tournant

Hilton is seeking a versatile Chef Tournant to join the culinary team at the Hilton Columbus Downtown. In this role, you will assist the Executive Chef & Banquet Chef in overseeing high-volume kitchen operations, primarily focused on banquets and select outlets.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, cook, and present food in alignment with quality standards, productivity goals, and forecast needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with managing the kitchen staff, including cooks and other personnel.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality.
  • Monitor production flow and product quality for efficiency and excellence.
  • Train, supervise, support, schedule, and evaluate kitchen staff.
  • Provide strong leadership and foster teamwork within the culinary team.
  • Encourage creativity and passion for culinary excellence.
  • Uphold Hilton’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of supervisor or sous chef experience.
  • Solid banquet experience demonstrating confidence in large‑scale production, organization, and execution.
  • Ability to uphold impeccable quality and consistency.
