Join Hyatt Regency Lake Washington as a Chef de Partie, where you will be responsible for a specific station within our outlet kitchen. Your role is crucial for preparing a consistent, high-quality product while upholding Hyatt International's brand standards and ensuring professional, flexible guest service.
What You'll Do
- Supervise your assigned station or section of the outlet kitchen.
- Prepare a consistent, high-quality food product.
- Ensure courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service.
- Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with corporate strategies.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie, or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie or Commis in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working with luxury international brands.
- A formal qualification in Kitchen Production or Management.
- Basic computer skills in MS Office.
- Basic computer skills in a Recipe Maintenance System.
