As the Channel Manager for France, you will launch and lead channel strategy in the French market, establishing Vanta as a trusted solution through partnerships with service and sales-focused organizations. In this foundational role, you'll identify, onboard, and support partners to expand market reach and accelerate revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Generate new sales pipeline and annual recurring revenue by activating and managing a network of channel partners across France
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners through training, co-marketing, and joint planning
- Design and execute scalable, one-to-many engagement models to grow partner-led opportunities
- Develop direct, one-on-one partnerships with key players in the French IT and SaaS ecosystem
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to track, manage, and close partner-influenced deals
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in channel or partner management within software or SaaS environments
- Fluent in both written and spoken French and English
- Proven ability to work across teams, balancing execution with strategic input
- Self-motivated with a track record of driving results in fast-moving settings
- Strong operational mindset with experience building processes and systems
- Familiarity with IT Service Providers and the broader IT channel landscape
- Openness to using AI tools to enhance productivity, with a focus on responsible application and continuous learning
- Ability to work three days per week in either Dublin or London, with two days remote
