TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods seeks a Channel Manager to secure marketing opportunities within existing Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) residential footprints. You will craft and implement exclusive partnership agreements to capture current and future residents, playing a vital role in the team's success and growth.
What You'll Do
- Execute partnership opportunities through cross collaboration with both internal and external channels.
- Actively negotiate and support relationships with ownership groups, builders, and property management, often leading C-suite conversations.
- Serve as the single point of contact, ensuring white glove service is provided to partners.
- Support the development and execution of the strategic program to increase product penetration across existing properties and operational portfolios.
- Maintain positive growth trajectory of the portfolio through leadership, innovative sales support strategies, and executional excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Proven account management experience in a combination of hunting and farming roles.
- Experience managing existing accounts and pursuing incremental opportunities to grow the portfolio.
- Champion of a positive team culture prioritizing team support, coaching, professional development and goal setting.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate business challenges and strategic priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Superior communication, presentation and storytelling abilities; able to craft clear, concise and compelling messages at an executive level anchored in performance metrics.
- Openness to adapt to changing business needs and can handle ambiguity well.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to territory specific cities in Quebec.
- Intermediate knowledge of English for regular internal and external interactions.
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated success as a sales executive with a proven track record of growing a funnel of new business.
- Pre-existing relationships in the developer, builder and/or property management community.
- Experience working with General Contractors, Vendor relations, Electrical contractors OR a background in the construction industry or tenant experience.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to traverse complex stakeholder landscapes to manage conflicting priorities.
- Experience in SFDC, JIRA and G-Suite tools.
- Working knowledge of TELUS consumer channels, marketing and sales organizations.
- Mastery level proficiency in both English and French.
