About the Role

Caterpillar Inc. seeks a Channel Manager for its Electric Power Division. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the mid to long-term business development strategy with business partners across a designated territory or market.

What You'll Do

  • Define, build, and maintain strong, productive relationships with channel partners to meet sales goals.
  • Work with business partners and consultants to gather industry trends, voice of the customer, and business insights to propose growth ideas.
  • Govern business partner performance by managing metrics, dashboards, and supporting tools.
  • Gather information and assess the market, including competitive issues, dynamics, and service needs, by securing leadership roles within relevant trade associations and technical bodies.
  • Develop and implement sales, marketing, and promotional strategies to increase market penetration.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
