Zoom is looking for a Channel Account Manager to enhance sales revenue by building strong, collaborative relationships with partners across the METAP region. You will be a key driver of growth through channel programs, aligning partner activities with our strategic objectives.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain productive relationships with partners in the METAP region to enhance sales revenue.
- Collaborate directly with partners on joint marketing plans, training initiatives, and business needs.
- Drive growth by executing channel programs and ensuring alignment with company objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience managing partnerships in the Unified Communications, Cloud, or Telephony space.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies specifically for Partner programs and sales enablement.
- Direct experience working with SaaS Resellers in the METAP region.
- A deep, practical understanding of the Partner ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities with Channel partners.
- Experience collaborating with alliances that drive the Zoom ecosystem, such as Poly, Dten, NEAT, Oracle, Ribbon, Jabra, and Verint.
