Avanade is hiring a Change Management Senior Analyst, CoPilot Enablement to lead organizational change management strategies for our clients’ most critical transformations. You’ll join our Advisory & Experiences practice, guiding clients from awareness to adoption for AI-enabled workplace, ERP, CRM, and Microsoft 365 transformations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver organizational change management strategies for AI-enabled workplace and ERP transformation programs with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Assess organizational readiness and identify gaps in capabilities, culture, and processes.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and change impact assessments across diverse organizational levels.
- Design and facilitate training programs to upskill client workforces and support technology adoption.
- Define and implement change measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between change strategy, business goals, and technical delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to support program success and long-term transformation.
- Coach client team members in change management best practices.
- Apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning and solution design.
- Navigate ambiguity and adapt change strategies to dynamic client environments and evolving program needs.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in management consulting, preferably with a global firm.
- Minimum 2 years in client-facing change management roles, with prior experience in ERP and/or AI-enabled initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their integration into change management strategies.
- Comfortable navigating complex, matrixed environments and working across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform and measure change impacts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level storytelling.
- Flexible, analytical, AI literate, and effective in dynamic client environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with broader Microsoft ecosystem tools.
- Willingness to travel within North America (up to 75%).
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
- Certification in D365 fundamentals (ERP).
- Certifications in M365 Copilot a plus.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation for Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Ottawa: $76,000 - $90,250
