Key Responsibilities: - Generate and showcase innovative, visually engaging workspace solutions utilizing advanced design software and technical drawing tools, aligned with client requirements and project objectives. - Produce precise project documentation, specifications, renderings, and presentations supporting sales and marketing initiatives. - Curate and present furniture finishes, options, and material palettes ensuring design consistency and meeting client expectations. - Analyze architectural plans, conduct comprehensive code evaluations, and integrate building/site conditions into workspace designs. - Perform site verifications, furniture inventories, and dimensional assessments to guarantee design precision. - Engage collaboratively with sales, marketing, and project teams throughout the design process, providing timely updates and ensuring deliverable alignment with established timelines. - Conduct thorough self-reviews and quality assessments of project deliverables before distribution to internal and external stakeholders. - Prepare and transmit final documentation for order processing and installation; support as-built drawing development as needed. - Generate technical drawings and coordination details for external partners. - Participate in professional development, industry events, and internal initiatives to remain current on design trends and standards. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product lines, regulatory codes, ergonomic principles, and technology integration strategies.
