Role Overview
As a Certified Public Accountant, you will oversee key financial processes for a range of clients, ensuring the integrity and timeliness of financial data. You'll be responsible for producing accurate financial statements, conducting reconciliations, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports according to strict deadlines
- Conduct regular reconciliation of bank and general ledger accounts
- Review and verify the accuracy of work completed by peers
- Manage budget preparation, tracking, and reporting activities
- Handle the setup and closure of client accounts and financial entities
- Record monthly expense accruals in accordance with accounting standards
- Respond promptly to inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders via email and phone
Qualifications
- CPA certification is required
- Familiarity with homeowners association (HOA) financial structures and regulatory requirements
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while meeting urgent deadlines
