TensorOps is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to be stationed in clinics across the Lorton/Springfield/Alexandria, Virginia area, supporting our Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs. You will work directly with physicians and clinical teams to improve patient care coordination and outcomes. This is an onsite position where you will play a direct role in revolutionizing care management services.

What You'll Do

Work directly in clinics to assist with Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs.
Support physicians and clinical staff in providing seamless patient care by preparing relevant health data for patient visits.
Work closely with Medsien's care management team to streamline care delivery and identify potential areas for process improvement.

What We're Looking For

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.
2+ years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care management or chronic disease management role.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and patients.
Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical processes.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel to different clinic locations in the Greater Alexandria, Virginia area as needed.
Must be located near the Lorton/Springfield/Alexandria, Virginia area.
