Kaplan is seeking a Certified Fraud Examiner Exam Question Reviewer as a contractor to play a key role in developing high-quality, accurate practice materials for certification candidates. This is a remote, asynchronous position focused on ensuring our content reflects the official exam's standards.
What You'll Do
- Review batches of exam questions provided by Kaplan Content Specialists.
- Evaluate questions against a checklist for style, content, and difficulty, making necessary revisions for quality and relevance.
- Submit marked-up Google Docs for each batch, tracking all changes clearly.
- Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and current with the latest exam specifications.
- Adhere to Kaplan’s style guide and participate in the standard content review cycle, addressing feedback on clarity, accuracy, and presentation.
- Rephrase and revise content to align with test-likeness.
- Respond to review queries within 2 business days, or earlier if requested.
- Adhere to specified timelines for each batch of questions.
What We're Looking For
- Active Certified Fraud Examiner certification or higher in the relevant field.
- Demonstrated deep understanding of official exam content, professional domain knowledge, and the exam format.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written communication and editing skills.
- Proficiency in using Google Docs and Google Drive.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet access and communication methods.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in instructional content development, particularly for the relevant exam.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience in the relevant subject area.
- Familiarity with principles of effective test question design.
